Refund policy

Returns Policy:

E-mail us at hello@barktrove.com. We will review the circumstances of your situation and decide whether you will get a refund or not. Once confirmed return the product to 3925 W. Ainslie Str. If you return the product without confirmation, you will not get a refund.

Return Period:

We have a 30 day return policy. After the 30 days, you will not be able to return the product, or get a refund.

INTL Returns/Refunds:

Unfortunately, we can not offer returns outside the US, and the continent of North America. If you are an INTL shopper and need a refund, contact us and we will decide whether to give you your money back or not.
